  • SALT                                              TO TASTE
  • BLACK PEPPER                          1/2 TSP
  • GREEN CAPSICUM                    1 SMALL SIZE
  • RED CAPSICUM                          1 SMALL SIZE
  • GARLIC PASTE                           1/2 TS 
  • GINGER PASTE                           1/2 TSP
  • CHICKEN STOCK                       1/2 CUP
  • SUGAR                                           2 TBSP
  • SOYA SAUCE                                2  TBSP
  • VINEGAR                                      2 TBSP
  • CORNFLOUR                               1 TBSP
  • FRESH MANGO CHUNKS         1  CUP

RECIPE: 

  • HEAT THE OIL IN THE PAN.
  • PLACE CHICKEN IN THE PAN.
  • FRY THE CHICKEN IN THE PAN FOR JUST 6 MIN  AND THEN ADD WATER 1/2CUP.COOK UNTIL IT IS TENDER.
  • SEASON WITH SALT AND BLACK PEPPER.
