  10. CURRY LEAVES             5 PIECES
  11. OIL                                    1/2 CUP
  12. YOGURT                          1/2 CUP
  13. GARLIC PASTE             1/2 TSP
  14. GINGER PASTE             1/2 TSP
  15. MADRAS CURRY POWDER   1 TBSP
FOR MADRAS CURRY POWDER;

  1. WHOLE RED CHILI       2TSP
  2. CUMIN SEED                    1 TSP

GRIND THE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A GRINDER AND MAKE THE POWDER FORM.

RECIPE;

  1. IN THE OIL, FRY THE ONION UNTIL LIGHT BROWN.
  2. ADD CHICKEN AND FRY IT WELL UNTIL  GOLDEN BROWN.
  3. NOW ADD ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS AND FRY ALL OF THEM.
  4. NOW ADD 1 CUP OF WATER AND COVER IT  UNTIL THE CHICKEN IS COOKED.
  5. NOW ADD MADRAS MASALA  AND MIX IT WELL.
  6. COOK ON LOW FLAME FOR 2 MINS.
  7. MADRAS CHICKEN IS READY.
