- CORIANDER POWDER 1 TSP  
- CUMIN POWDER           1 TSP
- TOMATO PASTE            2 TBSP
- CURRY LEAVES             5 PIECES
- OIL                                    1/2 CUP
- YOGURT                          1/2 CUP
- GARLIC PASTE             1/2 TSP
- GINGER PASTE             1/2 TSP
- MADRAS CURRY POWDER   1 TBSP
FOR MADRAS CURRY POWDER;
- WHOLE RED CHILI       2TSP
- CUMIN SEED                    1 TSP
- CURRY LEAVES               5 PIECES
- FENUGREEK SEED         1/2 TSP
- CINNAMON  STICK         1 PIECE
- GREEN CARDAMOM      5 PIECES
- BLACK PEPPERCORNS  6
- KASHMIRI RED PEPPER 5 PIECES
- TURMERIC POWDER       1/2 TSP
- MUSTARD POWDER          1/4 TSP 
GRIND THE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A GRINDER AND MAKE THE POWDER FORM.
RECIPE;
- IN THE OIL, FRY THE ONION UNTIL LIGHT BROWN.
- ADD CHICKEN AND FRY IT WELL UNTIL  GOLDEN BROWN.
- NOW ADD ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS AND FRY ALL OF THEM.
- NOW ADD 1 CUP OF WATER AND COVER IT  UNTIL THE CHICKEN IS COOKED.
- NOW ADD MADRAS MASALA  AND MIX IT WELL.
- COOK ON LOW FLAME FOR 2 MINS.
- MADRAS CHICKEN IS READY.
- SERVE IT AND ENJOY IT.
