  • TOMATO PUREE                1 CUP
  • OLIVE OIL                           2 TBSP
  •  DICED ONION                   1 CUP
  • GARLIC PASTE                  1/2 TSP
  • ITALIAN BASIL LEAVES  10 LEAVES(CHOPPED)
  • BROWN SUGAR                 1 TSP
  • ITALIAN PARSLEY           1 TBSP(FOR GARNISH)

RECIPE:

  • SEASON THE CHICKEN WITH SALT AND BLACK PEPPER 
  • FRY IN THE  OIL ON BOTH SIDES OF THE CHICKEN UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
  • NOW ANOTHER PAN HEAT THE OIL AND SAUTE ONION AND GARLIC PASTE FOR 2 MIN UNTIL THE ONION IS SOFT.
  • NOW ADDIN IT TOMATO PUREE AND BASIL LEAVES AND STIR COMBINED WELL.
  • NOW ADD TO THE  FRY CHICKEN AND  COOK ON  LOW HEAT FOR 20 MIN UNTIL CHICKEN TENDER.
  • THEN ADD SALT AND BROWN SUGAR AND MIX WELL.
  • NOW COOK FOR 1 MIN AND FLAME OFF.
  • GARNISH WITH PARSLEY 
  • TASTY ITALIAN  CHICKEN IS READY.
