  • OIL                                                  1/2 CUP
  • YOGURT                                        1/2 CUP
  • TOMATO PUREE                         1/2 CUP
  • SALT                                                1/2 TSP OR TO TASTE
  • RED CHILLI POWDER                1 TSP
  • TURMERIC POWDER                  1/4 TSP
  • CORIANDER POWDER                1/2 TSP
  • CUMIN POWDER                           1 TSP
  • GARAM MASALA POWDER       1/2 TSP
  • BLACK SALT                                   1/2 TSP
  • BLACK PEPPER                              1/2 TSP
  • GARLIC PASTE                               1/2 TSP
  • GINGER PASTE                               1/2 TSP
  • WATER                                               1 CUP OR AS REQUIRED
FOR GARNISH:

  • FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES
  • JULIENNE CUT GINGER
  • GREEN CHILLIES

RECIPE:

  • TAKE A TAWA (SKILLET) AND HEAT THE OIL.
