CHICKEN HARA MASALA:
chicken Hara Masala is a Pakistani/Indian green chicken curry. HARIYALI Chicken means 'green' masala paste chicken.
A mixture of clean green herbs is blended with yogurt and lemon juice. Mint and coriander (cilantro) are generally used within the marinade but green chilies can also be brought for spice.
HARIYALI chicken is one of the simplest recipes and for good purpose. it's short, requires less than 10 substances, and you do not want to cut onions. This chicken recipe is named gracefully so because it is so superbly fresh and green. sparkling coriander and mint are the superstar components and are what lend the number one taste to this recipe. clean lemon juice as it makes all of the difference!
Serve it with undeniable rice, paratha, roti, or maybe naan. you can additionally pair it with a facet salad which includes Kachumber Salad.
INGREDIENTS:
- CHICKEN BONELESS 1/2 KG
- CORIANDER LEAVES 1 CUP
- MINT LEAVES 1/2 CUP
- GREEN CHILI 6 PIECES
- LEMON JUICE 1 TBSP
- VINEGAR 1 TSP
- SALT TO TASTE
- BLACK PEPPER 1 TSP
- YOGURT 1/2 CUP
- OIL 4 TBSP
- BUTTER 1 TBSP
- WATER AS REQUIRED
- GINGER&GARLIC PASTE 1 TSP
RECIPE:
- FIRST, PREPARE THE GREEN PASTE
- GREEN INGREDIENTS ADD TO THE BLENDER AND BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH.
- NOW HEAT THE OIL AND FRY THE CHICKEN UNTIL LIGHT BROWN.
- ADD GARLIC & GINGER PASTE TO THE CHICKEN AND STIR FRY FOR 1 MIN.
- NOW ADD THE SALT AND BLACK PEPPER AND ADD A LITTLE BIT OF WATER AND COOK IT UNTIL THE CHICKEN IS COOKED THROUGH AND THE OIL IS SEPARATE.
- NOW ADD LEMON JUICE AND BUTTER.
- SERVE WITH NAAN.
