INGREDIENTS:

  1. CHICKEN BONELESS       1/2 KG
  2. CORIANDER LEAVES       1 CUP
  3. MINT LEAVES                     1/2 CUP
  4. GREEN CHILI                     6 PIECES
  5. LEMON JUICE                    1 TBSP
  6. VINEGAR                             1 TSP
  7. SALT                                      TO TASTE
  8. BLACK PEPPER                 1 TSP
  9. YOGURT                               1/2 CUP
  10. OIL                                         4 TBSP
  11. BUTTER                                1 TBSP
  12. WATER                                  AS REQUIRED
  13. GINGER&GARLIC PASTE    1 TSP

RECIPE:

  1. FIRST, PREPARE THE GREEN PASTE
  2. GREEN INGREDIENTS ADD TO THE BLENDER AND BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH.
  3. NOW  HEAT THE OIL AND FRY THE CHICKEN UNTIL LIGHT BROWN.
  4. ADD GARLIC & GINGER PASTE TO THE CHICKEN AND STIR FRY FOR 1 MIN.
  5. NOW ADD THE SALT AND BLACK PEPPER AND ADD A LITTLE BIT OF WATER AND COOK IT UNTIL THE CHICKEN IS COOKED THROUGH AND THE OIL IS SEPARATE.
  6. NOW ADD LEMON JUICE AND BUTTER.
  7. SERVE WITH NAAN.
  8. ENJOY IT.
