CHICKEN PARATHA:


Paratha is a form of flatbread that's at first from India. it is an unleavened sort of flatbread this means that there's no leavening agent used within the dough. No yeast or baking powder in anyway.

There are 2 styles of paratha, the plain ones, and the crammed ones. And today we'll be feasting on the filled paratha.

  • CHICKEN BOILED(SHREDDED)    1 CUP OR(AS NEEDED)
  • SALT                                                       TO TASTE
  • BLACK PEPPER                                  1 TSP
  • RED CHILI FLAKES                           1 TSP
  • AJWAIEN                                               1/2 TSP
  • CUMIN POWDER                                1 TSP
  • LEMON JUICE                                     2 TBSP
  • CORIANDER LEAVES                        2 TBSP
  • MINT LEAVES                                      1 TBSP
  • GREEN CHILI                                      2 PIECE
  • ONION CHOPPED                               1 SMALL SIZE
  • CORIANDER POWDER                      1 TSP

RECIPE:

  • FIRST OF ALL, READY THE DOUGH JUST LIKE CHAPPATI DOUGH.
  • NOW IN SHREDDED CHICKEN,ADD ALL SPICES AND MIX IT WELL.
  • MAKE A SMALL SIZE BALL OF  DOUGH.
  • STUFF THE CHICKEN MIXTURE IN DOUGH.
  • NOW EDGES OF THE DOUGH SEAL IT.
  • THEN ROLL THE DOUGH WITH A ROLLING PIN.
  • NOW ROAST THE PARATHA IN OIL UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
  • CRISPY CHICKEN PARATHA IS READY.
  • SERVE IT AND ENJOY IT.
