Kebabs are well-known all around the international for all of the right reasons. they are now not the best delicious and smooth to eat however are also full of fitness, particularly if you make them the ‘healthy way’.
those easy, flavorful chicken kababs are the right appetizers. they're made with mince and fashioned into long kababs on skewers. The flavors of chicken kabab are so neutral that they pass properly with the whole lot!

- INGREDIENTS:
- chicken minced 1 kg
- Potato 2 medium
- Red Bell 1 pepper
- Garlic Cloves 7 cloves
- Ginger 3 pieces
- Green chili 6 pieces
- Cilantro 1 cup
- Mint leaves 1/4 cup
- Red Chili powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Roasted Coriander seeds crushed 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Red Chili flakes 1 tsp
- Oil To stir Fry
RECIPE:
- First, in the chopper place the all veggies and chop all of them well.
- Now, squeeze the extra water into chopped veggies.
- Now take a bowl and place chicken mince and add into the squeezed veggies and mix all of them.
- Now, add the dry spices to the chicken mixture and mix well and make a long kabab shape.
- Take a pan, heat the oil and fry the chicken kabab until golden and cooked through.
- Delicious chicken kababs are ready.
- Serve with sauces and enjoy it.
