INGREDIENTS:

  • CHICKEN BONELESS       1/2 kg(cube cut )
  • GARLIC PASTE                    1 tsp
  • SALT                                        to taste
  • YOGURT                                4tbsp
  • VINEGAR                               2tbsp
  • TIKKAH MASALA               3tbsp 
  • LEMON JUICE                      1 large
  • OIL                                           for  brushing as needed
  • SECREW STICKS                as required

RECIPE:

  1. Place the chicken pieces into a bowl with all the above ingredients. 
  2. Mix together, cover, and marinate in the fridge for 2 hours.
  3. Thread onto skewers, then brush with oil.
  4. Cook on a griddle plate, under the grill (broiler), or on the barbecue for 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Chicken tikka recipe is ready to serve and enjoy it.
