FALOODA recipe 2023 |
- Cold milk 2 cups
- Rooh Afza (rose syrup) 1/2 cup
- Strawberry jelly 1 packet
- Ground pistachio and almonds 1/4 cup
- Basil seeds 2tbsp
- Dessert vermicelli (Falooda noodles) 1/2 cup
- Vanilla ice cream 1/2qt
- Dried rose petals as required
RECIPE:
- Add Rooh Afza (rose syrup) in milk and mix it well then add basil seeds in it and cover it and put it in the refrigerator for 25 mins until the basil seeds become soft and translucent.
- According to the packet, make strawberry jelly and set aside.
- According to packet, cook the dessert vermicelli (Falooda noodles) and set aside.
- Now, in the glasses add 2 spoons of jelly, 1 l scoop of vanilla ice cream, 1 tbsp of dessert vermicelli (Falooda noodles), 3/4 cup of milk, and more jelly and dessert vermicelli (Falooda noodles ). Sprinkle with nuts, dried rose petals and a drizzle of rose syrup.
