INGREDIENTS:
- Boneless fish 1kg
- Plain flour 1/3 cup
- , Beaten eggs 2 eggs
- bread crumbs 3/4 cup
- Potatoes for chips 1 kg or (as required )
- Oil For frying ( as required)
- Slice the fish into 20 fingers.
- Add the flour in a bowl.
- In another bowl, .whisk the eggs.
- Add the bread crumbs in other bowl.
- Add fish finger in the flour bowl and cover it well, and dust off any excess.
- Then dip the finger fish in the beated eggs.
- Now, coated in bread crumbs .
- Repeat it for remaining finger fish.
- Now, heat the oil and fry the coated finger fish until golden brown.
- You also cook in oven
- Now, cut the potatoes into slices and then heat the oil in deep saucepan and Cook the chips until crispy.
