  •  Boneless fish                 1kg  
  •  Plain flour                      1/3 cup

  • Potatoes for chips            1 kg or (as required )

RECIPE:
  1. Slice the fish into 20 fingers.
  2. Add the flour in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, .whisk the eggs.
  4. Add  the bread crumbs  in other  bowl.
  5. Add fish finger in the flour bowl and cover it well, and dust off any excess.
  6. Then dip the finger fish in  the beated eggs.
  7. Now, coated in bread crumbs .
  8. Repeat it for remaining finger fish.
  9. Now, heat the oil and fry the coated finger fish until golden brown.
  10. You also cook in oven
  11. Now,  cut the potatoes into slices and then heat the oil in deep saucepan and Cook the chips until crispy.
  12. Serve  the chips with the hot fish.
