  • GARLIC POWDER                       1/2 TSP
  • EGG                                                 1
  • MILK                                               2 TBSP
  • BLACK PEPPER POWDER        1 TSP
  • SOYA SAUCE                                 2 TSP
  • KETCHUP                                       2 TBSP

FOR COATING:

  • FLOUR                                              1 CUP
  • SALT                                                  TO TASTE 
  • RED CHILLI FLAKES                    1/2 TSP
  • RED CHILLI POWDER                   1/2 CUP
  • BLACK PEPPER POWDER            1/2 TSP
