    INGREDIENTS:

    • Soy sauce                     1 /3 cup
    • Lemon juice                 1/3 cup
    • Olive oil                       1/3 cup
    • Worcestershire sauce    2tbs
    • Garlic paste                   1tbs
    • Salt                                1/2tsp or   to taste
    • Black pepper powder    1/2 tsp or  to taste
    • Butter                            6tbs

    RECIPE:

    •  In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, lemon juice,   olive oil,  Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Add steak and   cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the marinated steak for 1 hour. 
    • Cook your steak on the Grill or pan sear your steaks until done.
    • Now, transfer to a plate and top each steak with  butter. Loosely tent foil over the top and let rest for 10 minutes before eating
