STRAWBERRY LEMONADE RECIPE: 2023 |
INGREDIENTS:
FOR SUGAR SYRUP:
- water 1 1/2 cup
- sugar 1 cup
FOR STRAWBERRY PUREE:
- fresh sliced strawberries 2 cups
- cold water 1 cup
FOR LEMONADE:
- grated lemon zest 1 lemon
- lemon juice 1 cup
- cold water 1 cup
- lemon and strawberries sliced as required
- ice as required
- In a saucepan ,add water and sugar and cook it on medium -low heat until sugar dissolved.
- Set aside to cool.
- Now, in a blender, add strawberry and cold water and blend it until smooth mixture.
- Now, in 1 cup of water add lemon zest and lemon juice then add in strawberry puree and sugar syrup and mix them well.
- Now, add lemon slices and strawberry slices and ice.
- Delicious strawberry lemonade drink is ready.
