INGREDIENTS:

  •  Egg                                             1
  •  yogurt                                         150g  (about 1/2 measuring cup )                
  •  Bread                                          4 slices
  • Cinnamon                                    1/4 tsp
  •  Vanilla  extract                           1/4 tsp                         
  • Frozen or fresh strawberries      for topping
  •  Honey or maple syrup                to drizzle

RECIPE:

  • Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (360 degrees Fahrenheit) 
  • Take four pieces of bread, place them on a lined baking tray, and use the back of a fork or spoon to press the middle of the bread flat.
  • Whisk together the yogurt with the egg, a pinch of cinnamon, and a some of vanilla extract.

  •  On the top drizzle of honey, or maple syrup.
