- Cream Cheese, 6 ounces
- Cucumber 1, peeled and cut into thin slices
- Green chutney 3tbsp or( as needed )
FOR GREEN CHUTNEY;
- Fresh coriander Leaves, 1 cup
- Mint Leaves 12-15
- Small Green Chili 3
- Garlic 1 clove
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- sugar 1/4 tsp
- Lime Juice 1tbsp
- Water 2tbsp or( as needed )
- salt to taste
RECIPE:
- Add the coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chili , cumin powder and lime juice and water (as needed) in a blender.
- Blend them till a clean paste. add the Salt to flavor.
- Spread a spoonful of the green chutney on one slice of bread.
- Then Layer the cucumber slices over the chutney. .
- Spread a spoonful of cream cheese on a second piece of bread and place it on top of the cucumbers.
- Slice off the crusts and cut the sandwich into pieces .Repeat with all of the remaining bread slices.
