INGREDIENTS;

  •  Bread slices                    6
  •  Cream Cheese,               6 ounces
  • Cucumber                        1, peeled and cut into thin slices
  • Green chutney                  3tbsp or( as needed )

FOR GREEN CHUTNEY;
  • Fresh coriander Leaves,             1 cup
  • Mint Leaves                                12-15
  •  Small Green Chili                      3
  • Garlic                                           1 clove
  •  Cumin powder                           1/2 tsp
  • sugar                                           1/4 tsp
  •  Lime Juice                                 1tbsp
  •  Water                                         2tbsp  or( as needed )
  • salt                                               to taste

RECIPE:
  • Add the coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chili , cumin powder and lime juice and water (as needed) in a blender.
  • Blend them till a clean paste. add the Salt to flavor.
  • Spread a spoonful of the green chutney on one slice of bread.
  • Then Layer the cucumber slices over the chutney. .
  • Spread a spoonful of cream cheese on a second piece of bread and place it on top of the cucumbers.
  • Slice off the crusts and cut the sandwich into pieces .Repeat with all of the remaining bread slices.
