- OIL 1/4 CUP
FOR BOILING RICE:
- RICE 1 1/2 CUP
- SALT 1TSP
- BLACK PEPPER POWDER 1 TSP
- SOYA SAUCE 2 TBSP
- WATER FOR BOILING AS REQUIRED
FOR VEGETABLES:
- RED CAPSICUM 1/4 CUP
- GREEN CAPSICUM 1/4 CUP
- CARROT SLICES 1/4 CUP
- GINGER SLICES 1 TBSP
- ONION CHOPPED 2 TBSP
- CABBAGE SLICES 1/4 CUP
- GREEN ONION CHOPPED 2 TBSP
- SALT 1/4 TSP
- BLACK PEPPER POWDER 1/4 TSP

FOR SAUCE:
- MAYONNAISE 1 CUP
- HOT SAUCE 2 TBSP
- KETCHUP 1/2 CUP

FOR TARKA (FOR FRY ):
- GARLIC SLICES 2 CLOVES
- GREEN CHILLI SLICES 3
- RED CHILLI FLAKES 1 TSP
- OIL 2 TSP
RECIPE:
- FIRST, HEAT THE OIL AND FRY THE CHICKEN UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN THEN ADD ALL CHICKEN GRAVY INGREDIENTS TO IT AND ADD SOME WATER AND COOK IT UNTIL THE CHICKEN IS COOKED THROUGH AND SET ASIDE.
- NOW, IN WATER, BOILED THE RICE FULL DONE AND DRAIN THE WATER THEN ADD SALT, BLACK PEPPER POWDER AND SOYA SAUCE AND STIR IT WELL.
- NOW, HEAT THE OIL AND STIR FRY ALL VEGETABLES FOR 5 MINS UNTIL SOFT. THEN ADD ALL SPICES AND SAUCES AND COMBINED THEM WELL THEN ADD BOILED SPAGHETTI AND MIX THEM WELL AND SET ASIDE.
- NOW IN A BOWL, MIX ALL SAUCE INGREDIENTS AND SET ASIDE.
- NOW TAKE A LARGE SERVING DISH AND PLACE THE BOILED RICE THEN PLACE THE MIXED VEGETABLES AND SPAGHETTI MIXTURE OVER IT, NOW ADD THE CHICKEN GRAVY OVER IT.
- NOW IN THE OIL FRY THE GARLIC SLICES AND GREEN CHILLI SLICES AND CHILLI FLAKES AND POUR THEM INTO THE CHICKEN MIXTURE.
