- RED CHILLI POWDER 1/2 TSP
- CORIANDER POWDER 1/2 TSP
- TURMERIC POWDER 1/4 TSP
- CUMIN POWDER 1 TSP
- GARM MASALA POWDER 1/2 TSP
- VINEGAR 1 TBSP
- YOGURT 1/2 CUP
- ONION SLICES 2 LARGE
- GARLIC POWDER 1/2 TSP
- GINGER POWDER 1/4 TSP
- TOMATO CHOPPED 1 LARGE
- OIL 1/2 CUP
RECIPE:
- FIRST, HEAT THE OIL AND FRY THE BHINDI UNTIL CRISPY THEN SET ASIDE.
- NOW, IN THE PAN HEAT THE OIL AND FRY THE ONION SLICES UNTIL BROWN.
