INGREDIENTS:

FOR CHICKEN MARINATION:

  • CHICKEN                                            1/2 KG
  • SALT                                                     1 TSP OR TO TASTE
  • BLACK PEPPER POWDER             1TSP
  • RED CHILLI POWDER                    1TSP
  • CORIANDER POWDER                   1 TSP
  • CUMIN POWDER                              1 TSP
  • TURMERIC POWDER                      1/2 TSP
  • ONION POWDER                               1 TBSP
  • GARLIC POWDER                             1 TSP
  • VINEGAR                                             1 TBSP
  • SOYA SAUCE                                       1 TBSP
  • TOMATO KETCHUP                          2 TSP
  • OIL                                                         FOR FRYING
FOR COATING: 

  •  ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR                     2 CUP
  • CORNFLOUR                                       1/2 CUP
  • SALT                                                       1 TSP OR TO TASTE
  • RED CHILLI POWDER                      1TSP
  • RED CHILLI FLAKES                        1 TSP
  • GARLIC POWDER                              1/2 TSP

RECIPE:

  • FIRST, CUT THE CHICKEN PIECES WITH A FORK. 
  • IN A BOWL, ADD CHICKEN PIECES AND ALL THE ABOVE  INGREDIENTS AND MIX IT WELL AND MARINATE IT FOR 30 MINS. 

  • AFTER MARINATION, COATED THE CHICKEN PIECES WITH COATING INGREDIENTS WELL.
  • THEN COATED CHICKEN PIECES DIP IN THE COOL WATER AND THEN DEEP FRY IT ON MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND COOKED THROUGH.
  • NOW SERVE IT WITH FRIES AND SAUCE.
  • ENJOY IT.
