  • GARLIC PASTE                       1/2 TSP
  • SOY SAUCE                              2 TSP
  • CORN FLOUR                          2 TBSP
  • ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR          1 TBSP
  • OIL                                              FOR FRYING
FOR PINEAPPLE SAUCE;

  • PINEAPPLE JUICE                1 CUP
  • BROWN SUGAR                     1/4 CUP
  • CORN FLOUR                         1 TBS (MIXED IN WATER)
  • SOY SAUCE                             1 TBSP
FOR STIR FRY:

  • SESAME OIL                          2 TBSP
  • ONION CUBES                       1 LARGE SIZE
  • GARLIC CLOVES                 1 TBSP
  • SALT                                         TO TASTE
  • BLACK PEPPER                    1/ 2 TSP
  • PINEAPPLE CUBES              1 CUP

RECIPE:

  • IN CHICKEN ADD ALL MARINADE INGREDIENTS.
  • MARINADE THE CHICKEN FOR 30 MINS.
  • THEN DEEP FRY IT UNTIL THE CHICKEN IS COOKED AND GOLDEN BROWN AND SET ASIDE.
  • NOW, IN THE PAN HEAT THE OIL AND STIR FRY THE ONION CUBES AND GARLIC, AND ADD PINEAPPLE CUBES, SALT, AND BLACK PEPPER.
  • NOW, ADD FRIED CHICKEN TO THIS.
  • IN THE BOWL, MIX ALL THE SAUCE INGREDIENTS AND POUR THEM INTO THE CHICKEN AND PINEAPPLE MIXTURE.
  • NOW SIMMER IT FOR 5 MINS ON LOW FLAME.
  • SWEET AND SOUR PINEAPPLE CHICKEN IS READY.
