- CHICKEN BONELESS 2 CUPS (SHREDDED)
- OIL 2 TBSP
- ONION CHOPPED 1/2 CUP
- CAPSICUM 1 SMALL
- GARLIC PASTE 1/2 TSP
- GREEN CHILLI PASTE 1/2 TSP
- TOMATO PASTE 1 TBSP
- CABBAGE SLICES 1/2 CUP
- WHITE SAUCE 1/2 CUP
- SALT 1 TSP OR TO TASTE
- BLACK PEPPER POWDER 1 TSP
- BEATEN EGG 2 EGGS
- BREAD CRUMBS 1/2 CUP OR AS NEEDED
FOR DOUGH;
- ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR 2 CUPS
- BUTTER 50 G
- WARM WATER FOR KNEADING AS REQUIRED
- SALT 1 TSP OR TO TASTE
MAKE A NORMAL DOUGH AND REST IT FOR 10 MINS.
RECIPE:
- IN A PAN, HEAT THE OIL AND FRY THE ONION AND ADD TO THE BOILED SHREDDED CHICKEN AND STIR FRY THEN ADD ALL INGREDIENTS AND MIX THEM WELL AND FRY FOR 5 MIN.
- NOW ROLL OUT THE DOUGH AND SHAPE IT AND FILL IN THE CHICKEN MIXTURE.
- NOW DIP THE HALF-MOON CHICKEN PIE IN THE BEATEN EGG AND COATED THE BREAD CRUMBS AND DEEP FRY IT.
- FRY IT UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
- YUMMY PIES ARE READY TO SERVE IT.
