INGREDIENTS:

  • CHICKEN                               1/2 KG
  • YOGURT                                 1 CUP
  • GARLIC PASTE                     1/2 TSP
  • ROAST CUMIN POWDER   1 TSP
  • RED CHILLI POWDER        1 TSP
  • SALT                                         TO TASTE
  • LEMMON JUICE                   1 TBSP
  • OIL                                            2 TBSP
  • TANDOORI MASALA            3 TBSP

RECIPE:

  • ADD ALL SPICES TO THE CHICKEN.
  • MARINATE THE CHICKEN FOR 1 HOUR.
  • AFTER MARINATING GRILLED THE MARINATED CHICKEN UNTIL  THE CHICKEN IS GOLDEN BROWN AND COOK THROUGH
