INGREDIENTS:

  • Boneless chicken breast (cut into cubes )         500 grams
  • Oil                                                                      1 TBSP
  • Oil                                                                      For deep fry
  • Salt                                                                     To taste
  • Black pepper powder                                         To taste
  • Corn-flour                                                          3 TSP
  • Egg                                                                     1
  • Spring onions with greens                                  2
  • Dried red chilies slices                                       3
  • Ginger sliced                                                      1 inch or as required
  • Garlic chopped                                                   1 TBSP
  • Red chili paste                                                    1 TBSP
  • Red chili sauce                                                    1 TBSP
  • Soy sauce                                                            1 TBSP
  • Chicken stock                                                      2 TBSP
  • Sugar                                                                   1 TSP
  • Vinegar                                                                2 TSP

RECIPE:

  • In a bowl, add the chicken and salt ,black pepper powder and corn-flour ( 2 table spoon ). 
  • Beat an egg in the bowl, and half egg add to the chicken mixture and mix it.
  • Heat the oil in the pan, and deep fry the chicken cubes until golden brown and crispy. 
  • Now prepare the sauce, heat ( 1 TBSP ) oil in a pan and add the ginger and garlic slices, and saute it.
  • Now, add the dried chili slices, red chili paste, red chili sauce, soya sauce, chicken stock (1 table spoon ), and spring onion, mix all of them well, and saute for one min.
  • Now sauce is ready, add to the fried chicken, salt black pepper powder, sugar and vinegar and mix them we (ll.
  • Now remaining corn-flour (1 tsp ) and chicken stock (1 tbsp ) add to the mixture and mix it and cook on low heat for one min.
  • chicken is ready, garnish it with green spring onion.
  • Enjoy it.
