CARROT CAKE OATMEAL RECIPE 2023 |
- OATS (rolled) 1/2 cup
- Shredded carrots 1/2 cup
- Water for boiling As required
- vanilla almond or coconut milk 3/4 CUP
- Raisins 2tbsp
- Salt 1 pinch
- Maple syrup 2tbsp
- Cinnamon powder 1/2tsp
- Vanilla extract 1/4tsp
- For toppings yogurt , chopped walnuts, shredded coconut and shredded carrot, raisins, etc.
RECIPE:
- Cook the carrots and oats in boiling water on medium heat until tender.
- Then add raisins, cinnamon powder, vanilla extract, salt and stir it on low heat.
- Then add milk and cook, string constantly for 2 mins until oats and carrot mixture is creamy.
- Add toppings with yogurt, chopped walnut, shredded coconut , carrot and raisins.
- Then drizzled with maple syrup.
