CARROT CAKE OATMEAL
RECIPE 2023
INGREDIENTS:
  1.  OATS (rolled)                                 1/2 cup
  2.  Shredded carrots                            1/2 cup
  3. Water for boiling                            As required
  4.  vanilla almond or coconut milk    3/4 CUP
  5.  Raisins                                             2tbsp           
  6.  Salt                                                   1 pinch 
  7. Maple syrup                                      2tbsp
  8.  Cinnamon powder                          1/2tsp
  9.  Vanilla extract                                 1/4tsp
  10. For toppings                                     yogurt , chopped walnuts, shredded coconut and shredded carrot, raisins, etc.
  • RECIPE:

    1. Cook  the carrots and oats in boiling water on medium heat until tender.
    2. Then add raisins, cinnamon powder, vanilla extract, salt and stir it on low heat.
    3. Then add milk and cook, string constantly for 2 mins until oats and carrot mixture is creamy. 
    4. Add toppings  with yogurt, chopped walnut, shredded coconut , carrot and raisins.
    5. Then drizzled with maple syrup.
    6. Carrot cake oatmeal is ready enjoy it.
