    INGREDIENTS:
  1.  Chicken mince                                    1kg
  2.  Cumin seeds                               1tsp
  3. Coriander seeds                          1tsp
  4. Red chili flakes                            1tsp
  5. Fennel seeds                                 1/2 tsp
  6.  Green cardamom powder          1/2 tsp
  7.  Garam masala powder               1/2 tsp
  8.  Black pepper, whole                    1/2 tsp
  9.  Red chili powder                          1tsp
  10. Salt                                                 to taste
  11. Onions                                            3 chopped
  12.  Apples                                                         3   chopped
  13. Green chilies                                  4   chopped
  14.  Ginger paste                                  1 tsp
  15.  Garlic paste                                   1 tsp
  16.  Sweet soda                                     1/2 tsp
  17. Green coriander, chopped            1tbsp
  18. Dry fenugreek                                1/2tsp
  19.  Mint                                               1tsp
  • FOR SAUCE:
  1. Dry plum                        100g
  2.  Tamarind                       50g
  3. Tomato ketchup             1/2 cup
  4. Red chili powder            1/4tsp
  5. Salt                                   to taste
  • RECIPE;.

  1. mix all the spices to the chicken mince and allow them to through the mince device.
  2. Chop the onions , apples and green chilies then drain the water.
