- OATS ROLLED 2 CUPS
- MILK 2 CUPS
- BAKING POWDER 1 TSP
- SALT 1/2 TSP
- CINNAMON POWDER 1 TSP
- NUTMEG POWDER 1/4 TSP
- BANANA MASHED 4 ( 3 MASHED AND 1 SLICE )
- MELTED BUTTER 2 TBSP
- FRIED WALNUT CHOPPED 1/4 CUP
- MAPLE SYRUP 1/4 CUP
- FLAX SEEDS 1 TBSP
- VANILLA EXTRACT 2 TSP
- OIL 2 TSP
RECIPE:
- IN A BOWL, ADD ROLLED OATS, SALT, CINNAMON POWDER BAKING POWDER, AND NUTMEG POWDER, AND MIX THEM.
- NOW ADD INTO THE MILK, BANANA MASHED MELTED BUTTER, MAPLE SYRUP, FRIED WALNUTS, VANILLA EXTRACT, AND FLAX SEEDS AND MIX THEM WITH A HAND-BEATER.
- NOW GRECE THE BAKING DISH WITH OIL AND POUR INTO THE ALL MIXTURE AND ADD BANANA SLICES ON THE TOP.
- NOW PREHEAT THE OVEN.
- THEN BAKED AT 375ºF FOR 40 MINS. WHEN THE TOP IS GOLDEN BROWN, REMOVE IT FROM THE OVEN.
- NOW COOL IT BEFORE THE SERVING.
- ENJOY A HEALTHY MORNING BREAKFAST.
