- ALL SPICE POWDER 1/2 TSP

- CREAM 1 TBSP
- BREADCRUMBS 1/2 CUP
- GARLIC PASTE 1/2 TSP
- FRIED ONION PASTE 2 TBSP
- OIL FOR FRYING
FOR CREAMY SAUCE:
- BUTTER 2 TBSP
- CHICKEN STOCK 2 CUP
- SALT 1/2 TSP OR TO TASTE
- BLACK PEPPER POWDER 1/2 TSP\
- WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE 2 TBSP
- FLOUR 2 TBSP
- SOUR CREAM 1/2 CUP
- PARSLEY FOR GARNISHING
RECIPE:
- IN A BOWL, PLACE THE CHICKEN MINCE AND ADD ALL INGREDIENTS AND MIX THEM WELL AND MAKE A SHAPE OF MEATBALLS.
- NOW, HEAT THE OIL IN A PAN AND FRY THE MEATBALLS UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND COOKED THROUGH.
- NOW IN A PAN ADD BUTTER AND FLOUR AND STIR IT AND THEN ADD CHICKEN STOCK, SALT, BLACK PEPPER POWDER, AND WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE AND COOK IT UNTIL THE SAUCE THICKENED.
- AT THIS POINT, ADD FRIED CHICKEN MEATBALLS AND COOK FOR 2 MINS AND THEN ADD SOUR CREAM AND STIR IT FOR 1 MIN.
