  • CHICKEN MINCE                       1/2 KG
  • EGG FRIED                                   3
  • SALT                                               TO TASTE
  • RED CHILLI POWDER              1/2 TSP
  • BLACK PEPPER POWDER       1/2 TSP
  •  VINEGAR                                     1 TSP
  • SOYA SAUCE                                2 TSP
  • HOT SAUCE                                 2 TBSP
  • GARLIC CHOPPED                    3 CLOVES
  • GREEN CHILLI CHOPPED      3
  • SPINACH LEAVE CHOPPED   1 TBSP
  • OIL                                                 1/2 CUP

RECIPE:

  • IN OIL, ADD THE GARLIC  CHOPPED AND GREEN CHILLI CHOPPED AND STIR FRY IT, THEN ADD CHICKEN  MINCE AND FRY FOR 5 MINS.
