- CUMIN SEEDS 1 TSP
- ROASTED ALMOND 1 TBSP
- RAISINS 1 TBSP
- RED CHILLI SAUCE 2 TBSP
- CHOCOLATE CHIPS 1 TBSP
- LIME WEDGES 5 SLICES(FOR GARNISH)
- SESAME SEEDS 1 TSP ( FOR GARNISH)
RECIPE:
- MARINADE THE CHICKEN WITH SALT AND BLACK PEPPER FOR 20 MINS.
- NOW FRY THE MARINADE CHICKEN ON BOTH SIDES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
- NOW PREPARE THE MOLE SAUCE.
