  • YOGURT                                            1/2 CUP
  • LEMON JUICE                                 2 TBSP
  • SALT                                                   1 TSP
  • TURMERIC POWDER                    1/2 TSP
  • RED CHILLI POWDER                  1 TSP
  • GARAM MASALA  POWDER       1 TSP
  • CUMIN POWDER                            1 TSP
  • GARLIC PASTE                               1/2 TSP
  • GINGER PASTE                               1/4 TSP
FOR CURRY:

  • BUTTER MELTED                       1/2 CUP
  • TOMATO PUREE                         1/2 CUP
  • SUGAR                                           1 TBSP
  • SALT                                               1 TSP OR TO TASTE
  • CREAM                                         1/2 CUP

RECIPE:

  • MARINADE THE CHICKEN WITH MARINADE INGREDIENTS FOR OVERNIGHT OR 2 HOURS.
  • NOW HEAT THE OIL IN FRY PAN AND PLACE THE CHICKEN PIECES.
  • FRY THE CHICKEN UNTIL THE CHICKEN COLOR IS CHANGED.
  • NOW ADD TOMATO PUREE, CREAM, SUGAR, AND SALT.
