  5. GARLIC PASTE                   1/4 TSP
  6. GINGER PASTE                   1/4 TSP
  7. CORIANDER POWDER     1/2 TSP
  8. TURMERIC POWDER       1/4 TSP
  9. CORIANDER LEAVES       2 TBSP
  10. GREEN CHILI CHOPPED 1TSP
  11. OIL                                         2 TBSP
  12. BREAD SLICES                   4 PIECES
  13. BEATEN EGG                      2 EGG
  14. BREAD CRUMBS                AS NEEDED
  15. OIL                                         FOR FRYING

RECIPE:

  1.  IN A FRYPAN, ADD THE OIL AND FRY THE ONION FOR 2 MIN.
  2. THEN ADD GARLIC &GINGER PASTE AND STIR FRY.
  3. NOW ADD ALL SPICES TO IT.
  4. ADD BOILED CHICKEN  THEN MIX IT WELL.
