INGREDIENTS:
  • Chicken Mince 500 g
  • Cabbage chopped 1/2 Cup
  • Boiled Eggs chopped 2
  • Cheddar Cheese grated 1/2 Cup
  • Green Onion Chopped 2
  • Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Green Chili Chopped 2
  • Tomato Chopped 1
  • Garlic Paste 1 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Water 1/2 Cup
For Dough: 
  • Flour 2 Cups
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2tbsp
  • Water as needed

RECIPE:

  • In a bowl, upload flour, salt, oil and mix it well.
  • Then knead it with water. Then relaxation it for 30 minutes in room temperature..
  • Now make paratha stuffing,. In a pan, upload oil and chicken mince, garlic paste and cook it on medium flame. then upload salt, green Chili and blend it then add water and cover it and cook for five minutes on medium flame.
  • Then upload green onion, cabbage, tomato and add black pepper Powder and stir it and cover it and cook for 10 mins on low flame.
  • So combination is prepared for stuffing.
  • After rest, dough is ready. Now make balls of the dough and rolling it and make a huge thin paratha and then place in center chicken stuffing, boiled eggs, Cheddar Cheese and fold it in box shape and then fry it in oil and cook it from both sides until golden brown shade. follow this approach for all parathas, Arabic paratha is ready.
