- CINAMON STICK          1 PIECE 
- GREEN CARDAMOM   4 PIECE
- BLACK CARDAMOM   1 PIECE
- CLOVES                           4 PIECE
- BAY LEAF                        1 PIECE
- ONION SLICES              2 MEDIUM SIZE
- CHOPPED GINGER      1 INCH PIECE
- GARLIC CLOVES          5 PIECE
FOR SPICES INGREDIENTS:
- RED CHILI POWER              1 TS
- CORIANDER POWDER        2 TSP
- CUMIN SEED POWDER       1 TSP
- TOMATO PUREE                   1 CUP
- SALT                                         TO TASTE
- OIL                                            1/2 CUP
- VINEGAR                                1 TBSP
- GARM MASALA POWDER  1/2 TSP
RECIPE
- FIRST OF ALL GRIND THE ALL PASTE INGREDIENTS AND MAKE A SMOOTH PASTE.
- NOW MARINADE THE CHICKEN WITH MARINADE INGREDIENTS FOR 30 MINS.
- HEAT THE OIL AND FRY THE ONION PASTE FOR 4 MINS ON MEDIUM HEAT.
- NOW ADD TOMATO PUREE AND FRY for 2 MIN.
- ADD SPICES(CHILI POWDER, FOR CORIANDER POWDER, AND CUMIN POWDER)AND FRY UNTIL OIL SEPARATES.
- NOW ADD MARINADE CHICKEN AND FRY FOR 5  MINS  ON HIGH HEAT. THEN FRY FOR 15  MINS ON MEDIUM HEAT.
- NOW  ADD WATER AND COOK IT LOW HEAT UNTIL THE CHICKEN IS  SOFT AND TENDER.
- NOW ADD GARM MASALA AND STEAM  COOK FOR 4 MIN ON LOW HEAT.
- TASTY PUNJABI CHICKEN IS READY TO SERVE.
