- CHOPPED ONION 1 LARGE
- GARLIC PASTE 1/2 TSP
- GINGER PASTE 1/2 TSP
- OIL 1/2 CUP
- CURRY LEAVE 2
- KASHMIRI RED CHILI POWDER 1/2 TSP
- CORIANDER LEAVES FOR GARNISH
- GREEN CHILI FOR GARNISH
FOR MASALA:
- DRY RED CHILI WHOLE 10
- CUMIN SEEDS 1 TSP
- GREEN CARDAMON 4
- BLACK CARDAMON 2
- CORIANDER SEEDS 1 TSP
- CINNAMON STICK 1
- BLACK PEPPER 10
- CLOVES 3
