  • SALT                                TO TASTE
  • RED CHILI POWER     1 TSP
  • TURMERIC POWDER 1/2 TSP
  • VINEGAR                        2 TBSP
  • CHOPPED ONION         1 LARGE
  • GARLIC PASTE             1/2 TSP
  • GINGER PASTE             1/2 TSP
  • OIL                                    1/2 CUP
  • CURRY LEAVE               2
  • KASHMIRI RED CHILI POWDER    1/2 TSP
  • CORIANDER LEAVES     FOR GARNISH
  • GREEN CHILI                   FOR GARNISH
FOR MASALA:

  • DRY RED CHILI WHOLE        10
  • CUMIN SEEDS                           1 TSP
  • GREEN CARDAMON               4
  • BLACK CARDAMON               2
  • CORIANDER SEEDS                1 TSP
  • CINNAMON STICK                  1
  • BLACK PEPPER                          10
  • CLOVES                                      3

RECIPE:

  • CHICKEN MARINADE WITH SALT, CHILI POWDER AND TURMERIC POWDER, AND VINEGAR FOR 15 MINS.
  • NOW IN THE PAN, HEAT THE OIL, ADD THE CHOPPED ONION AND CURRY LEAVES AND FRY IT. 
  • THEN ADD GINGER AND GARLIC PASTE AND STIR FRY FOR 1 MIN. THEN ADD MARINADE CHICKEN AND FRY IT, AND ADD A LITTLE BIT OF WATER AND COOK IT ON LOW FLAME UNTIL THE CHICKEN  IS COOKED THROUGH.
  • NOW GRIND THE ALL MASALA INGREDIENTS WELL UNTIL POWDER FORMS.
  • NOW GRIND MASALA  ADD TO THE CHICKEN AND STIR FRY IT.
  • NOW COOK IT ON LOW FLAME FOR 5 MINS UNTIL OIL IS SEPARATE.
  • THEN GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES AND GREEN CHILI.
  • SIMPLE CHICKEN FRY IS READY.
