INGREDIENTS:

  1. Egg                                                   2 eggs
  2. salt                                                   1/4 tsp or to taste
  3. green chili                                       1/4 tsp chopped
  4. onion chopped                                2 tbsp
  5. coriander leaves                              1 tsp
  6. unsalted butter                                1 tsp
  7. black pepper                                    1/4 tsp
  8. bread slices                                       as required
  9. tomatoes                                           1/2 tomato
  10. cheese slices                                      1 slice
  11. mix herbs                                           1/4 tsp
  12. coriander                                            for garnishing   

RECIPE: 

  • Get the onions and green chilies and chop them into tiny portions. preserve it apart for a while
  • Begin whisking the eggs. you can upload milk if you want to because it makes the eggs softer and fluffier.
  • In a pan, soften the butter until it's far very hot. inside the equal pan, upload the previously chopped onions and chilies.
  • Now, upload the whisked eggs to the pan. Swirl the pan to make sure that the omelet mixture is uniformly distributed and covers the whole pan.
