  • BLACK PEPPER POWDER                         1 TSP
  • CUMIN POWDER                                          1 TSP
  • ONION CHOPPED                                         1 LARGE
  • GARLIC CHOPPED                                       1 TBSP
  • SOYA SAUCE                                                   2 TBSP
  • VINEGAR                                                         1 TBSP
  • OIL                                                                     2 TBSP
  • STEAMED RICE                                              1 CUP  (FOR SERVING)
  • BOILED PEAS                                                  2 TBSP  (  FOR SERVING)
  • BOILED CARROT                                           1 TBSP (FOR SERVING )

FOR SCRAMBLED EGGS:

  • EGGS                                                                  3
  • SALT                                                                   1/2 TSP 
  • BLACK PEPPER POWDER                           1/2 TSP

RECIPE:

  • IN THE PAN, HEAT THE OIL AND FRY THE ONION AND THEN ADD GARLIC AND STIR FRY IT.
  • NOW ADD SALT, BLACK PEPPER POWDER, CUMIN POWDER, SOYA SAUCE, AND VINEGAR AND FRY THEM THEN ADD THE GROUND CHICKEN AND FRY IT AND ADD SOME WATER AND COOK IT FOR 5 MINS UNTIL GROUND CHICKEN IS TENDER.
  • NOW SET ASIDE.
  • NOW IN A PAN, HEAT THE  OIL AND POUR THE EGGS AND SALT AND BLACK PEPPER POWDER, AND SCRAMBLED IT.
  • NOW IN THE SERVING BOWL ADD BOILED RICE AND THEN PUT COOKED GROUND CHICKEN OVER HALF AND SCRAMBLED EGGS  PUT THE OTHER HALF.
