  • CHICKEN BREAST ROASTED        2 PIECES( CUT INTO SLICES )
  • SALT                                                      TO TASTE
  • BLACK PEPPER POWDER               1/2 TSP
  • SOYA SAUCE                                        2 TBSP
  • VINEGAR                                              1 TBSP
  • HOISIN  SAUCE                                   2 TBSP
  • SRIRACHA SAUCE                             2 TBSP
  • SESAME OIL                                        2 TSP

VEGETABLES FOR SALAD:

  • FRIED WONTON                             1/4 CUP
  • CABBAGE SLICES                           1/4 CUP
  • GREEN BELL PEPPER                    1/4 CUP
  • CARROT JULIENNED                     1/4 CUP
  • LETTUS SLICES                               1/4 CUP
  •  ROASTED ALMOND SLICES       1/4 CUP
  • TOASTED SESAME SEEDS           1 TBSP
  • CILANTRO CHOPPED                   1TBSP

    RECIPE:

  • IN A SERVING BOWL, ADD ROASTED CHICKEN SLICES, AND THEN ADD ALL VEGETABLES AND ROASTED ALMONDS AND COMBINED THEM.
  • NOW ADD ALL SEASONING (SALT, BLACK PEPPER, SOYA SAUCE, VINEGAR, HOISIN SAUCE, SRIRACHA SAUCE, AND SESAME OIL AND MIX THEM WELL.
  • NOW SPRINKLE THE TOASTED SESAME SEEDS OVER IT.
