  • DRIED OREGANO                           1/2 TSP
  • RED CHILLI POWDER                   1 TSP
  • SALT                                                    TO TASTE OR  1 TSP
  • ONION SLICES                                 1 MEDIUM
  • RED BELL PEPPER SLICES          1 SMALL
  • GREEN BELL PEPPER SLICES    1 SMALL
  • BLACK PEPPER POWDER            1 TSP
  • SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE  2 CUP
  • FLOUR TORTILLAS                         4 PIECES
  • CREAM AND SAUCE                        FOR SERVING

RECIPE:

  • HEAT THE OIL, AND FRY THE ONION AND BELL PEPPER.
  • ADD SALT AND BLACK PEPPER POWDER.
  • COOKED IT UNTIL SOFT.
  • NOW HEAT THE OIL, AND ADD THE CHICKEN AND ALL SPICES AND SALT AND BLACK POWDER.
  • FRY THE CHICKEN UNTIL THE CHICKEN IS COOKED THROUGH AND GOLDEN BROWN.
  • NOW PREPARE THE TORTILLAS, (QUESADILLAS).
  • IN THE PAN, ADD ONE TORTILLA  AND SPRINKLE THE SHREDDED CHEESE AND ADD FRIED CHICKEN, AND ADD FRIED ONION, AND BELL PEPPER MIXTURE, AND AGAIN SPRINKLE THE CHEESE.
  • NOW FOLD THE OTHER HALF TORTILLA OVER IT.
  • AND COOK, UNTIL TORTILLA IS GOLDEN BROWN PER SIDE.
  • NOW CUT INTO SLICES.
  • SERVE IT WITH CREAM OR SAUCE.
