- ONION SLICES 1 MEDIUM
- RED BELL PEPPER SLICES 1 SMALL
- GREEN BELL PEPPER SLICES 1 SMALL
- BLACK PEPPER POWDER 1 TSP
- SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE 2 CUP
- FLOUR TORTILLAS 4 PIECES
- CREAM AND SAUCE FOR SERVING
RECIPE:
- HEAT THE OIL, AND FRY THE ONION AND BELL PEPPER.
- ADD SALT AND BLACK PEPPER POWDER.
- COOKED IT UNTIL SOFT.
- NOW HEAT THE OIL, AND ADD THE CHICKEN AND ALL SPICES AND SALT AND BLACK POWDER.
- FRY THE CHICKEN UNTIL THE CHICKEN IS COOKED THROUGH AND GOLDEN BROWN.
- NOW PREPARE THE TORTILLAS, (QUESADILLAS).
- IN THE PAN, ADD ONE TORTILLA AND SPRINKLE THE SHREDDED CHEESE AND ADD FRIED CHICKEN, AND ADD FRIED ONION, AND BELL PEPPER MIXTURE, AND AGAIN SPRINKLE THE CHEESE.
- NOW FOLD THE OTHER HALF TORTILLA OVER IT.
- AND COOK, UNTIL TORTILLA IS GOLDEN BROWN PER SIDE.
- NOW CUT INTO SLICES.
- SERVE IT WITH CREAM OR SAUCE.
