  • BLACK PEPPER POWDER                  1 TSP
  • TURMERIC POWDER                          1/2 TSP
  • CORIANDER POWDER                       1/2 TSP
  • LEMON JUICE                                      1 TBSP
  • TOMATO PASTE                                   1/2 CUP
  • ONION PASTE                                      2 TBSP
  • GARLIC PASTE                                   1/2 TSP
  • GINGER PASTE                                   1/2 TSP
  • GREEN CHILLI PASTE                      1/2 TSP
  • OIL                                                        1/2 CUP
  • GARM MASALA POWDER               1/2 TSP

FOR GARNISHING:

  • GINGER SLICES
  • GREEN CHILLI SLICES
  • LEMON SLICES
  • FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES

RECIPE:

  • IN A PAN HEAT THE OIL AND ADD GARLIC AND GINGER PASTE AND STIR FRY IT FOR 1 MIN
  • THEN ADD CHICKEN AND FRY IT UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN 
  •  NOW ADD ALL INGREDIENTS AND FRY IT WELL
  • NOW ADD SOME WATER AND COOK IT UNTIL THE CHICKEN IS SOFT AND THE OIL IS SEPARATED
  • NOW SPRINKLE THE GARM MASALA POWDER AND GARNISH IT WITH GARNISH INGREDIENTS.
