              INGREDIENTS:

              • CHICKEN                                    1/2 KG
              • PHALIYAN( GREEN BEANS)  1/2 KG         
              • SALT                                             1 TSP OR TO TASTE
              • RED CHILLI POWDER            1 TSP
              • TURMERIC POWDER              1/2 TSP
              • CORIANDRE POWDER           1/2 TSP
              • CUMIN POWDER                      1 TSP
              • VINEGAR                                    1 TBSP
              • YOGURT                                     3 TBSP
              • GARLIC PASTE                         1 TSP
              • GREEN CHILLI PASTE           1 TSP
              • ONION  SLICES                        1 LARGE SIZE
              • TOMATO CUBES                      2 MEDIUM SIZE
              • OIL                                               1/2 CUP
              • WATER                                        2 CUPS OR  (AS REQUIRED)
              • CORIANDER LEAVES             FOR GARNISHING

                RECIPE:

              • ADD THE OIL TO THE PAN  AND FRY THE ONION SLICES, THEN ADD THE GARLIC PASTE AND STIR FRY IT, AND THEN ADD THE CHICKEN AND FRY IT UNTIL THE  CHICKEN IS GOLDEN BROWN.
              • NOW ADD THE SPICES, AND TOMATO ,YOGURT, AND GREEN CHILLI PASTE, AND FRY THEM  FOR 2 MINS.
              • THEN ADD THE PHALIYAN AND STIR FRY FOR 1 MIN AND THEN ADD THE WATER AND  COVER IT AND COOK UNTIL THE CHICKEN AND PHALIYAN ARE SOFT AND TENDER.
              • WHEN WATER IS REDUCED AND  OIL IS SEPARATED THEN  DISH OUT AND GARH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES.
              • DELICIOUS RECIPE IS READY TO SERVE.
