  3. GARLIC JUICE                 2 TBSP
  4. SALT                                    2 TBSP OR (TO TASTE)
  5. RED CHILI FLAKES        6 TBSP
  6. TURMERIC POWDER     1/4 TSP
  7. HOT CHILI SAUCE          2 TBSP
  8. OIL                                       FOR DEEP FRYING
SERVE WITH LATIN (MAASH KI DAAL) AND TOMATO SAUCE.

RECIPE:

  1. THE WHOLE CLEAN AND DRY CHICKEN MARINADE WITH ALL THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS.
