INGREDIENTS:

    2. BOILED EGGS                     4 EGGS
    3. OIL                                        1 CUP
    4. ONION SLICED                  2 MEDIUM SIZE
    5. GARLIC PASTE                  1/2 TSP
    6. GINGER PASTE                  1/2 TSP
    7. RED CHILI POWDER        1 TSP
    8. TURMERIC POWDER       1/4 TSP
    9. CORIANDER POWDER    1/2 TSP
    10. SALT                                      TO TASTE
    11. CINNAMON POWDER      1/4 TSP
    12. CLOVE POWDER               1/4 TSP
    13. VINEGAR                             1 TBSP

    RECIPE:

    1.  FIRST OF ALL, HARD-BOILED THE EGGS
    2. HEAT THE OIL IN A SKILLET AND FRY THE ONION UNTIL LIGHT BROWN THEN ADD GARLIC AND GINGER PASTE.
    3. STIR FRY THEN ADD THE CHICKEN AND FRY IT UNTIL IT GETS COOKED.

    6. NOW  HEAT THE OIL IN THE PAN AND FRY THE BOILED EGGS UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
    7. NOW ADD FRY EGGS TO THE CHICKEN MIXTURE.
    8. COOK ON LOW HEAT FOR 5 MIN.
