INGREDIENTS:

  1. Chicken               1 kg
  2. Salt                       to taste
  3. Red chili powder  1 teaspoon
  4. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  5. Turmeric powder   1 teaspoon 
  6. Red chili flakes       1 teaspoon
  7. Cumin seed powder  1 teaspoon
  8. Black pepper powder  half teaspoon
  9. Chicken tikka masala  1 teaspoon
  10. Clove powder                 half teaspoon
  11. Cinnamon powder          half teaspoon 
  12. Red or orange food color  half teaspoon
  13. Vinegar                               three tablespoon
  14. Garlic paste                         half teaspoon
  15. Yogurt                                   half cup
  16. Oil                                          for frying

Recipe:

First, you make light cuts on chicken pieces with a fork, and then food color mix in the vinegar and apply it to the chicken. then all ingredients mix into the chicken and marinate for two hours. after marinade, steam the chicken until the chicken is soft and tender. then fry the steamed chicken in oil until golden brown.
